This is my portrait drawing. Doing the portrait drawing helped improve my skill at finding the placement of my features and where they sit on my face. I used a lines to form shape of features on my face such as my eyes, nose, and mouth. To tie it all together I used proportion and scale to create the most realistic portrait I could, making my eyes slightly smaller and lips slightly larger. Overall this drawing has a very me mood!

This is my leaf painting. Doing this painting helped increase my skill at using shadows. Texture is heavily shown in my painting by dotted/stippled effect on the leaves. The emphasis of dark shadows is used to show the placement of my leaves. Overall, I feel as though my painting has a very fall or autumn feel.
This my portrait painting of myself. Doing the portrait really helped me improve ability to use shadows. Colors were depicted in my face and hair to show the shadows and highlights. Proportion gave my piece more realistic features, making it easier to scale which body parts are closer and the direction the face is facing. Overall, I feel as thought this drawing has a very me (happy) mood to it.
This is my hall drawing of the special education classrooms. Doing the hall drawing really helped me improve my use of a vanishing point. Lines were depicted in the hallway to show the perspective and length of the hall. The lines added a sense of proportion, making it easier to scale that the end of the hall is further away and the larger parts are closer to me. Overall, I feel as though this drawing has a very sad and drowning in schoolwork feel to it.
